Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or if you selected the wrong option (such as size, color, or model).
Please choose carefully before completing your order.
We recommend reviewing your order details at checkout to ensure everything is correct before submitting payment, as orders cannot be changed once placed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing leo.running.store@gmail.com, providing your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
- All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we will work towards a fair and reasonable outcome.
- Where required under the CGA, an appropriate remedy may be offered, which could include a repair, replacement, or refund.
- If a return is required, you will be advised once the item has been received and inspected.
- You will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to your payment provider’s processing times.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

- Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
- Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required
