All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please allow 2–5 business days for your international tracking details to become available. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 15–35 business days, depending on your location and customs processing. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or if you selected the wrong option (such as size, color, or model).
Please choose carefully before completing your order.

We recommend reviewing your order details at checkout to ensure everything is correct before submitting payment, as orders cannot be changed once placed.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing leo.running.store@gmail.com, providing your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
  • All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we will work towards a fair and reasonable outcome.
  • Where required under the CGA, an appropriate remedy may be offered, which could include a repair, replacement, or refund.
  • If a return is required, you will be advised once the item has been received and inspected.
  • You will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to your payment provider’s processing times.

If approved:

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
  3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required

Refunds can only be issued to the payment method used at checkout.

How long will it take for my oder to arrive?

Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Tracking details will be provided.

I don't need this item anymore, can I return it?

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing checkout, as we do not accept cancellations for change-of-mind purchases or if the item is no longer required.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including postal and courier services. We are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date and recommend ordering early if your purchase is intended for a special occasion.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

International tracking details may take 2–5 business days to become available after dispatch. Delivery typically takes 15–35 business days, depending on your location and postal conditions.

 

If your tracking shows the parcel has been in transit for 21 days or more, this does not mean it is lost. Delays can occur due to limited freight flights, postal backlogs, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

 

In some cases, tracking may show a cancellation. If this occurs, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and, if necessary, reissue tracking details.

 

For lost or cancelled parcels, we recommend visiting our Contact page and submitting an enquiry under “Parcel Lost or Cancelled.”

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address before your order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery details.
